First Minutes is a self study first aid guide written by a nurse. Its content is based on publicly available guidelines, including the 2025 American Heart Association guidelines for CPR, the 2024 American Heart Association and American Red Cross guidelines for first aid, and Stop the Bleed. First Minutes is not affiliated with or endorsed by these organizations.
The information is general and educational. Every emergency is different. Always follow the instructions of the 911 dispatcher, emergency responders and your own doctor. We cannot promise any outcome in an emergency, and using First Minutes does not create a nurse or doctor relationship with anyone.
The Certificate of Completion shows that you finished a self study course and quiz. It is not a CPR or first aid certification and is not meant to meet job, school or licensing requirements.
With your purchase you get a personal license to use First Minutes for yourself and your household. Please don’t copy, resell or share the content publicly.
First Minutes is a one time payment, processed by Hotmart. If you are not happy, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase through Hotmart or by writing to astrelisbusiness@gmail.com.
Some features depend on your phone and browser, such as working without internet after the app is saved, reading the steps aloud, and voice control, which needs an internet connection and microphone permission. If a feature is not available on your device, the steps can always be followed by tapping.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Astrelis LLC is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from the use of First Minutes or the information in it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for First Minutes.
We may update First Minutes and these terms. If we change the terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.
